Outdoor Education Instructor
Package Description
Location: Chasewater Activity Centre
Salary: From £24960 to £28000 (depending on qualifications)
Peak Activities offer a wide range of outdoor and adventurous activities, outdoor education programs, and skill development experiences to schools, groups, families and individuals. All our centres and sessions deliver “education through Adventure” and we want you to join our team.
Who are we looking for:
You will be passionate about the outdoors and share this passion with others. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however we are excited to hear from applicants with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and outdoor skills.
Benefits with this role:
- Progressive pay scale – the more qualifications you earn, the higher your pay
- Training and development programs courses including qualified teacher status and additional national governing body awards.
- A wide range of career development opportunities across Peak and the wider Keys Group
- Company Pension scheme
- 33 days paid annual leave (25 days + Bank Holidays)
- HAPI App – Employee assistance, discounts, and rewards.
- Social events and access to equipment
- Staff Referral Scheme – Refer a friend to join Keys Group and split a £500 referral bonus between you
