Contract type: Full time, permanent position – 40 hours per week
Salary: From £24960 to £28000 (depending on qualifications)

Peak Activities offer a wide range of outdoor and adventurous activities, outdoor education programs, and skill development experiences to schools, groups, families and individuals. All our centres and sessions deliver “education through Adventure” and we want you to join our team.
Who are we looking for:
You will be passionate about the outdoors and share this passion with others. You will have experience and qualifications in outdoor activities and been willing to work with our staff team to develop these further. In our centres each day is different and the majority of the sessions you will deliver will be long term, building skills and confidence over the year in our participants. This is not your normal centre job with a different school group every week!
You will need to be an excellent communicator and have great people skills. You should be able to manage a group in potentially challenging situations.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, however we are excited to hear from applicants with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and outdoor skills.
